Insulin For Life is a global network of independent not-for-profit affiliate organisations, which distribute insulin and essential items required for diabetes management. We respond rapidly to provide emergency supplies to people with diabetes who are affected by man-made disasters (e.g. Project Ukraine) or communities affected by natural disasters (e.g. our response to the floods in Pakistan).
As part of our work and along with the Western Pacific Region of IDF we have developed a disaster preparedness response manual which provides advice on disaster preparedness to Governments, Local Organisations and importantly to people with diabetes.
